At teexotic.com, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Our products are made-to-order, and each item is crafted with care before it reaches your doorstep. Please read our Shipping and Delivery Policy to understand how and when you can expect your order.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders placed on teexotic.com are custom printed on demand.
- It takes approximately 2–3 business days to process and print your order before it is dispatched.
- Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Rush Orders: Available at an extra charge. These are prioritized and dispatched the next day after printing.
- Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
a. Standard Air Shipping (Prepaid Orders)
- Once processed, orders are shipped via air courier to most major cities and towns.
- Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after dispatch.
- This applies to prepaid orders only.
b. Surface Shipping (Non-Air Connected Locations)
- In areas where air shipping is not available, orders are sent via surface transport.
- Surface delivery takes 4–6 business days, depending on the location and courier availability.
c. Partial Cash on Delivery (COD Orders)
- Partial COD orders involve manual verification, approval, and slower logistics handling.
- As a result, Partial COD orders may take up to 7–8 business days for delivery.
- If timely delivery is important, we recommend choosing prepaid payment methods for faster shipping.
- Partial COD Policy: We offer a Partial COD, where 20% of the total amount is paid in advance. The remaining balance is payable at delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping is FREE across India for all orders.
- There are no hidden charges—the price you see at checkout is the final price.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or Text message on your mobile with the tracking details.
- You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery status in real-time via the courier’s website.
5. Delays and Exceptions
- While we aim for timely deliveries, certain factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional disruptions may impact delivery schedules.
- In such cases, we will keep you informed and support you until delivery is completed.
6. Undelivered or Returned Orders
- If the courier is unable to deliver the order due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or repeated failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges may apply for second delivery attempts.
