1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. However, since all our products are printed on demand, we begin processing your order for printing as soon as it is received.
- Time Frame for Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
- How to Cancel: To request cancellation, please email us at hello@teexotic.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91-9272114355 with your order number.
- After 2 Hours: Once the 2-hour window has passed, your order will be in production and cannot be canceled or modified.
2. Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm eligibility.
- Upon approval, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of refund claims, deductions apply:
- ₹122 per t-shirt (for shipping and COD) for COD orders
- ₹82 per t-shirt (for shipping) for prepaid orders
3. Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange if:
- The product is defective or has a manufacturing issue
- There is a printing error
- You received the wrong size or the size does not fit as expected
Conditions for Exchange:
- Request Window: Must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.
- Product Condition: Must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags.
- Exchange Options: You may exchange the product for the same or any other design of equal value. If the selected item is priced higher, the price difference will be payable.
4. Exchange & Refund Process
- Contact Us: Send an email to hello@teexotic.com with your order number, issue description, and clear photos of the product.
- Approval: Our team will verify the issue and respond with return instructions if eligible.
- Pickup & Shipping: We will arrange a free pickup of the item and ship your replacement at no cost.
- Processing Time: Once the item is received and inspected, we will dispatch the exchange within 5–7 business days.
5. Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Used, washed, or damaged items
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Customized or personalized products
- Discounted or clearance items
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
- Package Damage on Delivery: Note damage in the courier’s delivery remarks to assist in claim filing.
- Submit requests within 5 days of delivery.
- Provide unboxing video, product photos, and original packaging.
- Requests without proof may be denied: No replacement will be provided if an unboxing video is absent and damage cannot be verified.
- Wrong Size Ordered or Voluntary Returns: Contact our customer service at WhatsApp: 9272114355 (No Phone Calls Please) or hello@teexotic.com with your order details and reasons for return
- Careful Unboxing: Customers are advised to handle packages with care during the unboxing process. Damage from scissors/sharp objects is not eligible for replacement unless unboxing videos and courier cover photos are provided.
